摘要:- 制備了二氧化鈦/氧化石墨烯(TiO2/GO)和磁性二氧化鈦/氧化石墨烯(磁性TiO2/GO)兩種復(fù)合催化劑,并用其處理垃圾滲濾液?疾炝藦(fù)合催化劑中TiO2與GO的質(zhì)量比、催化劑投加量、反應(yīng)時(shí)間對(duì)COD去除率的影響,并采用SEM、XRD、VSM、FTIR等手段對(duì)復(fù)合催化劑進(jìn)行表征。結(jié)果表明,磁性TiO2/GO復(fù)合催化劑表面粗糙、純度高、磁回收性能良好。當(dāng)TiO2與GO的質(zhì)量比為5∶1、催化劑投加質(zhì)量與垃圾滲濾液COD的質(zhì)量比為0.8、反應(yīng)時(shí)間為3 h時(shí),對(duì)COD的去除率最高,可達(dá)65.35%,此時(shí)垃圾滲濾液出水COD為1 774 mg/L,可生化性(BOD5/COD)由0.20提高至0.45。
Abstract:- Titanium dioxide/graphene oxide (TiO2/GO) and magnetic titanium dioxide/graphene oxide (magnetic TiO2/GO) composite catalysts were prepared and applied to treat landfill leachate. The effects of mass ratio of TiO2 to GO, catalyst dosage and reaction time on COD removal efficiency of the composite catalyst were investigated, and the composite catalyst was characterized by SEM, XRD, VSM and FTIR. The magnetic TiO2/GO composite catalyst had a rough surface, high purity and good magnetic recovery performance. The removal efficiency of COD reached the maximum of 65.35% under the following conditions: the mass ratio of TiO2 to GO was 5∶1, the mass ratio of catalyst dosage to COD in landfill leachate was 0.8 and the reaction time was 3 h. At this time, COD in the effluent was 1 774 mg/L, and the biodegradability (BOD5/COD) was increased from 0.20 to 0.45.
